GetHuman-kmsheel: You do not get a human when they answer, you get an automated system. Which is ok, but their hold times are over an hour every time. If you don't input an ID number, they will answer quickly and ask for your name, etc but they are unwilling to speak to you or direct you to a manager- they just say "one moment" or something of the sort and push you onto the customer service line that has a wait time over an hour. No chat, no email, no option for a call back. Terrible customer service
