~extremely angry: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a necklace supposedly guaranteed by Mother's Day and they haven't even processed my order yet!! When I called to ask what was going on they said my order won't be processed until THE BEGINNING OF JUNE!!! I asked what they could do to make this right and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could have at least an upgrade on the shipping to get it delivered faster and they told me it wasn't possible to get faster shipping on that item, even though it was an option when I purchased the necklace...now it's not??? I then asked to speak with a supervisor, was placed on hold for ** minutes and the call ended with them hanging up on me. WOW, Really??? On top of that, I had a horrible time trying to understand the lady handling my call.
