~Very Frustrated: I've dialed ***-(*)**-****-**** and an ironic recording stated that as of July, *, **** Localphone no longer provides live telephone customer support.*How true is the Spanish proverb that says: "En casa del herrero, cuchillo de palo" that is loosely translated to, "in the house of the ironsmith the kids eat with wooden knives". The saying refers to the fact that often times what a company focuses on professionally, does not get used in their own home and this truly applies to Localphone.
