~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol: Customer service was substandard, even though the rep Mrs. Panta spoke fluent English. I called at *:** am on a Friday, so I was not put on hold. However, when I asked about an amount that LADWP arbitrarily transferred from a residential to a commercial account, Ms. Panta kept telling me to call the residential department. I needed the unit * from her so I could refer to it when I called the other department. She did answer my question eventually, but really talked down to me.
