~dsexton: Absolutely awful. The phone disconnected and the timer in live chat keeps going up. If this wasn't required by my professor, there is no way in **** I would use them again.

~dsexton: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~dsexton: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MYpearson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dsexton: For that I would say two out of five.
