GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MYpearson customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tiacee: Horrible customer service. I have contacted customer service on several occasions about getting a refund for the my history lab as the website associated the wrong book with my account. I actually got to speak with a customer service rep ONE time in all the calls. He refused to change the book to the right one and said I would have to get a refund instead and that he would email me the information. Since then I have recieved nothing. I have also sent in several customer service requests online asking for my refund. In reply, I get a generic response saying they will respond as soon as possible. Basically, they have "waited out" there refund grace period so I am sure they are going to try to deny my refund now. Sad part is I never got to use the product and started contacting them within minutes of ordering there product and all I have gotten, once they got my money, is NO REAL RESPONSE AT ALL! Guess I am out that ** dollers.

~Tiacee: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tiacee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MYpearson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tiacee: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MYpearson customers?
~Tiacee: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MYpearson to know who you are.
