~marcy: my estimated wait time was *-* minutes. I waited **. Every time I tried their live chat, I got disconnected mysteriously after they threw all their generic "have you tried..?" responses were depleted. It keeps happening again and again.

~marcy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
