~theriault3: Rep said they would send replacements to exchange wrong size but * weeks later I never received them. I called again and they said they don't send replacements and I would have to reorder them and wait another *-** business days to get refund. Then she says that she can't do it because the discounted price I paid is too much for her to give me, and that there were no supervisors around to approve it. I would need to have to call again. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

~theriault3: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~theriault3: For that I would say two out of five.
