GetHuman-200654: Fantastic! After *.* hours on the phone with the regular Macy's customer svc * I was so infuriated with them that I looked up this contact * online. The person I spoke to (Beverly) was absolutely wonderful. She resolved my problems without any of the BS I had been given on my previous calls. I thought I was done with Macys and was about to return all of my xmas purchases (over $*** worth). I have now decided otherwise, because I have this contact * I know any issues can be resolved.
