~marilou: i think that it's an outrage that you have to pay $** for some bozo to answer your question about a beep and error code. this oven was in my house when i bought it , so i don't have the manual to it...so now i must pay to answer one question about my stove...i can guarantee if i have to replace my oven..it WILL NOT be a magic chef. if i can't get service or a question answered when needed, i don't want your product in my house. you should be ashamed!
