~No longer valued customer: I tried and tried and every time, even during what they said was their normal business hours, they never answered. All i get is an endlessly repeating automated service that cycles no matter how many times i press the * choices. If this is how they treat their customers then i fail to see whay they even have a support number at all. They are about as inconsiderate as possible and seem to care little as long as you buy their product. They are the kind of company that shouldn't even be in business with the poor ethics they show people and how little they care to solve problems that people have who pay their jobs through our purchases.

~No longer valued customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~No longer valued customer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~No longer valued customer: For that I would say one out of five.
