~Minh Minh: It took me * months waiting, * times chat with different people with ton of beautiful promises but not resolved at all, my issue still there from Aug **,**** until now Oct.**,****. I can't understand the way Magic Jack treat the customer???I just want to pay for a renewal of the phone number, I started from before expiration , August **rd (Expiration date is September *nd,****) and now it's expired, I can't use this number even my device stile have * months in service (because I paid a five years plan). Terrible.
