~Gene Hutchins: Bought magic jack set it up and it worked great for an hour. Over the past * weeks its been down most of the time. I contacted online chat. The *st time it took me about * minutes to get a person and was on the phone with them for about ** minutes and transferred to higher level before we got disconnected. Then I called back this time it took me about * minutes to get a person who proceeded to walk me through the same steps again before transferring me to a higher level only to get disconnected after about ** minutes. The *rd time I got connected it took about ** minutes to get connected and again was transferred up and disconnected. This is where it really gets bad. I tried a forth time ** minutes before the close and this time I never got a response until **pm est. which said there is no one to help you try again later. Would I recommend this product? You decide...
