~postmanlb: I had to have * chat sessions before my problem was resolved. Two sessions on the evening of ** March. The first one I was transferred to "a senior agent". Waited ** minutes, got tired of waiting and closed the chat. Reestablished another chat and was on with that agent for ** minutes and again was told that I was being transferred to "a senior agent", Didn't even wait for that agent. On Monday ** March I established another chat and after again trying to solve my problem I was again transferred to a senior agent. I had a short wait and was about to finalize getting the problem solved when the "connection" was evidently lost. The senior agent on this chat named "Jesseeme", was extremely helpful, unfortunately the connection was lost*terminated. I again established a chat and was chatting with "Tara" she read the previous chat and saw what was need and transferred me to senior agent*rep. Mae. GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MagicJack. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MagicJack problem?
~postmanlb: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~postmanlb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~postmanlb: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~postmanlb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
