~giddygirl: I placed an order online for * items, at the end of the order after the credit card information was entered I received an error message. This morning after checking my email it said I had items in my bag and that I needed to check out. I replaced the order, got the same error message. Checked my bank account and I was getting charged TWO times for the same amount. Contacted my bank and they confirmed I was being charged twice for the same amount to contact the company the order was placed to. After trying and trying to get ahold of someone to discuss this matter and leaving my phone number waiting for someone to contact me within ** hours they finally call. Tell me that my bank denied the charges because of an address discrepancy. Call the bank again, no discrepancy with the bank, said I was was being charged twice. Asked the bank to three-way call the company with me. After I verified with the representative that no order was placed and my bank denied charges did I tell the representa
