~UnhappyPenelope: TERRIBLE! Invasive, intrusive, time consuming, not informative. They were pushey, the guy said he only gave us light bulbs to "get his manager off his ***" and he damaged our furnature and tried to pretend it wasn't him! Hugely unprofessional and I gained absolutely nothing except a few free light bulbs! Do not do this it is not worth your time! It took * hours and he showed up an hour late! Worst. Expierence. EVER.
