~KAC: Every time I call I get a different answer for the same question. The web site requests information but you don't know what they want. I have gone to the Career Center several times, and some staff have been helpful, but are very frustrated dealing with the unemployment staff in Boston. When I wait to speak to a human in Boston, and if I get conflicting information, I ask for the persons name, when I do that they hang up. Maybe this is the norm for dealing with a State Agency, I have never collected uemployment in my ** year work career, this is truly embarrassing. I would be totally surprised if I received a response to this complaint.My next call will be to my State Representative.
