~sunshinepond: Living on the northfork of LI, only received responses from Conn. men. I am trying to get my $***. back. Holding on phone right now, operator said they have a no-refund policy asked to speak with supervisor. Bottom line, no refund at all even though I subscribed three days ago, she is going to correct the geographic location so I can receive more e-mails from Long Island men. Not happy....have to read fine print! Also, unscribe after your time is up or they will bill you all over again.

~sunshinepond: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sunshinepond: For that I would say four out of five.
