~bchs2mnts: Just a heads up - be very careful - when using MacAfee service. I had a popup issue and paid $** bucks to have them fix it. Then when I called them to tell them they had screwed up a command periodical and needed to fix it they charged me another $*** to fix it. I watched as the tech opened the command folder and un highlighted * boxes. That was the problem they had left it in some sort of mode they used to work on the computer. So basically they worked on my computer screwed it up and charged me to fix it. The tech even admitted they had caused the problem. Did they give me back my money NO! Like I said be very careful when using MacAfee support service they - will - rip you off.

~bchs2mnts: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bchs2mnts: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about McAfee's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bchs2mnts: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other McAfee customers?
~bchs2mnts: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for McAfee to know who you are.
