~medco customer: I continually have difficulty getting the medications my doctors prescribe. They put limitations on how much of a medication I can receive even if the doctor feels I need more. Today I noticed that I had not received one of my critical medications in the mail yet - one my doctor recently refilled. They said they needed to confirm it with him first. This is one I've been taking for years, so why the change? I will run out before I can possibly receive the next mailing. They only tried to contact my dr. once. Terrible customer service. My health is secondary to their finances.
