~embarrassing service: I was pretty disgusted by the level of incompetence I experienced with medco. I'm about to study abroad so two weeks before I left I called to see if I could bring * months of my birth control, to which they responded that I could, and to tell the pharmacy it would be covered. It turned out this information was incorrect, yet when I spoke to a supervisor again she told me it would be totally fine. They ended up telling me my doctor needed to call so they could ship the medication to me, gave an incorrect number, and the supervisor who gave me her extension ignored calls from both my doctor and I, and never returned any messages that were left. Altogether, poor and unprofessional
