~Tiffany: I just got off the phone after a THIRTY MINUTE CONVERSATION. The man did not speak english well and did not help AT ALL. He simply repeated the same thing over and over again which I addressed was not a solution for x, y and z reasons but he just kept repeating. I had explained that I had called a month ago and my doctors said they already did what they needed and were waiting on medco. I call medco and they said they were waiting on my doctors. I follow up a month later and medco says there's no records of anything and to do the same exact thing I did last time which yielded no results. After ** minutes on the phone with an incompetent representative I got so frustrated that I said "Forget it, thank you for your time." I GUESS I WILL JUST NEVER GET MY MEDICATION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED AND FELT SO NEGLECTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE* A COMPANY IN MY LIFE.
