GetHuman-296668: Representative confused about my membership. Tried to sell me a different plan..I guess, I had a stroke in January nd hsve lost my membership card. I thought it was prescription card but they said it was on a health paln and I would have to talk with them and they would make the contact for me. When they did I just got a garbeled message saying if I wanted to make a call follow the directions they gave, Can someone please just get mre a new card. *Thank you Jan bennick phone is ***-***-**** address is *** viillas Lane Forest City, N.C.
