~DISGUSTED: I have never experienced such incompetence at every level in one place. Why there is no competition for large employers is beyond comprehension. Lazy guy on phone didn't want to correct problem, put me back on hold for the next idiot who just wanted to talk and hear herself talk and promised me she would solve the problem and the dummies still had to call my doctor and bother him when all they had to do was look at their copy of the prescription and change it to three refills instead of zero on file. CHECK EVERY THING THAT COMES OUT OF THIS PLACE VERY CAREFULLY!!!!!!!!!!
