~Red Wheeler: IDIOTIC BUSINESS MODEL! The reseller company who sold me a domain no long exist and my domain name expired without my knowledge. I contacted MelbIT to try and pay directly for renewal so I could access my account to set my name servers. **There response was: "WE would have to drastically change the process. WE have to try and contact the reseller once. If they do not respond within ** hours YOU have to call US back. WE will then contact them AGAIN. If they do not respond in another ** hours YOU have to call US back. We will then transfer you domain to Melbourne IT for an additional fee. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE RESELLER ACCOUNT"
