~Thomas A Henry: Purchase extra material for a project and returned the unused components past the ** days upon order placement. Could not get credit back on charge card but instead given a voucher for future purchases. The ** days clock begins with order placement not when you pick up the materials.Store manager does not have authority to overide the policy. Can not talk to anyone in coporate about this. I now have to spend over $*** at Menards to get my funds back. Once I exhausted my voucher funds, I will*seriously will think twice on shopping their. I always went to Menards forst and then to the other home imnprovement stores. *This experience will leave a bad taste in mouth for a very long time.
