GetHuman-217728: wouldn't it be a wonderful thing if all automated systems connected to a human--who actually speaks English!--so quickly and handled the request so efficiently? I did have to wait on hold for a few minutes but only because the rep--Megan--had to get assistance from a supervisor for my rather unusual request.
