~Megan: Seriously. CS rep really didn't know, really really didn't know, so I finally got a supervisor, who knew, but was rude. Oh and as a secondary they don't cover anything. No exaggeration. I feel like I've been conned.

~Megan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
