This means a tech will call back within *-* business days.*Got message on cell, that problem is fixed. --NO-- it was not.*message stated to call **, if still a problem. No such number exists. No e-mail for almost * weeks.

~Helmut Zitzwitz: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
