~philmiami: Called like activating a phone. Listen for a min or so then said "New Customer", listen for another min then have to say "Retry". Get some ------- (like always) but he handles the problems. In Miami do not want to go to MetroPCS store.

~philmiami: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~philmiami: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~philmiami: For that I would say one out of five.

~philmiami: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
