GetHuman-dmeuir: Metro pcs has no where to complain, I have more than ** lines with metro, they do nothing to help or to keep existing customers. I wanted to email metro and discuss the fact that the service is really bad and the phones are a lower grade than expected, and they offer nothing to keep us. I wanted to communicate by email but it appears they know and do no want to hear from us. I will be leaving metro and taking everyone that I pay a bill for with me over *** a month, no big deal to a huge company like metro. I also wanted to discuss the fact that we don't get t-mobile service as made to believe, Metro stores charge a transfer fee of **$, really after we buy the phones from them we have to pay to switch to it. Where is a customer service email for complaints. And *$ to get a respons, Metro does not care for customers, nor try to keep us. I was going to try to work something out with my phone and services issues, but metro does not want to hear from us...the paying people.
