~jazzievegas: I pay for international calling monthly yet i have not been able to make any international calls in over * month. I have called the customer service numerous times (last time I called I was on the phone for over * hours) and was told that a work order ticket had been submitted to tech support. * weeks later and I still can't call international. After calling customer support ahain I was told that the ticket had not been completed correctly (although I did receibe the confirmation number) and that we need to put in another work order that could take up to * business days! This is seriously the worse customer service i have ever experienced! I guess I am getting what i am paying for :-( I will definitley switch to another provider asap.

~jazzievegas: For that I would say five out of five.

~jazzievegas: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
