~mystery shopper: Metro pcs need to start connecting their customers with real customers service rep. They need to stop with the voice automated system by deflecting the customer to a live customer support. I for once is a metro customer but since I found out that metro pcs is avoiding help to their customers , I am now switching to a better service and getting away from a low budget lazy unhelpful crappy phone company. If you want better business be a better company by showing that you care about your customers instead of avoiding them by putting them with a computer. See you metro , better phone company here I come.

~mystery shopper: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~mystery shopper: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
