~pat73062: My phone has benn disconnected twice and bill has been paid....i'm told "we can't help, we are upgrading our system" call back in ** minutes"...I Call back...she says we still owe $*.** on our bill...I was not told this this morning...everthing was in good standing...My phone is off again, i'm up in the middle of night...I have very important medical issues to handle on my phone in the morning and you cannot help...really *****...i owe $*...my bill was paid...not going to argue with your reps...she was totally incorrect
