GetHuman-239396: My phone was left in a friends car or lost yesterday . I will not know until tonight when my friend gets back from work,but I am disable and need a phone at all times,so I called transfered the * to and old phone I had . I was very satisfied with the service I recieved and the individuals I spoke too. they were clear and consise and pleasent,as well as proffessional. I have been with you guys for along time and I must say your customer service is getting better. This was the one reason I would have left your company a long time ago,now I have two phones on my account and may get a third for my daughter because her contract is ending and I have convinced her that she will save money and your customer service has improved greatly ! Please keep up the great work !Deborah Guillory
