~Aleetha: Once again I have been disappointed by services recieved by Metro PCS. I have been without service for almost a week after my phone bill has been paid, the reps are confused you get different info almost everytime you call, the supervisors are no better they rather tell you what they think instead of trying to make the customer happy. When you ask for a corporate number they only give you numbers to other call centers in other states. Them I was told by a supervisor the corporate office doesn't have a number, basic run around. So here I am six days later, phone still isn't working properly and to top that I was told by another supervisor that he can't give me a * dollar phone credit for my week of inconvience.. I am a mom of two, student,and worker, so my phone is very important in day to day activities. I would NOT recommend Metro PCS to ANYONE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

~Aleetha: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Aleetha: For that I would say three out of five.

~Aleetha: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
