GetHuman-danella: I had no sound after download, the scripts needed a magnifying glass to read, ! called the support number, and was answered by people in India, which I called two days many hours and no result, I had to physically waste my time and gas and drive to the Microsoft store, and leave my computer for * days before it was ready. the customer service on the phone, and in the store was not satisfying
