~jimw8: The tech gave as good an answer as one might expect considering the nature of my question to him. I was transferred to him by the first person who answered. That person didn't have a clue! When I said 'please put someone on who can answer my question', I was sent to the tech. So, overall, I was satisfied with the response. It's worth mentioning that I am a PC repair tech - not everyone would be satisfied with the answer I got.

~jimw8: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
