~7: HORRIBLE experience! Who can do worse? Verizon? No. Not even AT&T. Simple problem of connection between a Microsoft keyboard and computer (windows *). *I had to struggle * hour and ** minutes to get a new keyboard. The quality of the telephone line made every conversation impossible. I was obliged to spell my name * times, my zip code * times. *I had to deal with * agents, all useless, poorly trained. The *th and last one asked me for the receipt of my * year old keyboard. *Eventually, she said they will send me a new one (free) within * to ** business days. She was calm and polite. Come on, Bill! You don't deserve your fortune.
