~Scooter: After ** years of missed papers, papers thrown on a wet and*or snow-covered driveway, lack of promised follow-up calls, late service I have finally pulled the plug and cancelled my subscription.*The final blow occurred today when for the second day in a row the delivery person was unable*unwilling to find his way around a blocked off road in our neighborhood. The sign advising of this closure had been up for at least a couple of weeks. *The second final blow was upon review of my billing for the past four years apparently NO promised adjustment for missed papers as well as NO adjustments for vacation holds has ever been applied.
