~Dr.Charity: I ordered a bluetooth headphone set. My Credit Card was charged almost immediately. Several days past and I received and email confirmation. Several more days past and I emailed them as I had not received my product. I was told it would take between *-** business days before the item would ship. I waited and on day ** I get an email stating a USPS shipping label had been printed". I checked the link daily but it never updated. On day ** of this ordeal, i again emailed the company. The next day I received an email from " Mooky" saying they'd recently found out that USPS lost a lot of their packages and they were investigating. It's BS because if USPS had picked up the packages and had them in their possession, the tracking link would have updated to say the package was in a "Sort Facility".*I've requested a full refund and ( albeit too late ) decided to read some of the reviews. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dr.Charity: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MobStub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dr.Charity: For that I would say two out of five.

~Dr.Charity: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MobStub to know who you are.
