~Nancy: explain to me why there is no way to contact anyone on line to assist with a problem this is the WORST service bar none they **** they continue sending me **** that I need to do this and that and when I try to do it on line like they say it wont go through so you know what they can shove it Im sick to death of this **** where the **** do they get the people that run this crappy company ?
