GetHuman-139748: had to explain many times that money transfer was on hold and they kept tell me the reciver had to go get when the person did and was told was on hold i had to call and when they finally understood they gave me refund. I don't think will ever use moneygram again. was difficult to get number for moneygram and wait was terrible at *am and music was awful makes for horrible time.
