~lonconsult: I waited ** minutes and got a live human being. I was then told by that person that they could not help me and was transferred. After being transferred I heard a message telling me that due to heavy call volume my call could not be answered at this time and was hung up on. I then called back at another number and got a live person in about * minutes. And then was told by that person that he could not help me and he provided me with this number (***-***-****) another ** minutes and finally I was able to CANCEL my policy. I hope never to do business with Mutual of Omaha again.
