~david: For Customer Escalations *CorporateO*****@***.com*or Call us at *-***-***-******this number will get you to a person in the ua and a real person picks up the phone.*after yelling for ** * minutes they are over nighting the replacement phone that they told me was shipped on friday, and this is tuesday and it has not shipped yet. but i will now have my phone wednesday before *.*i will try them for a month and then try virgin. they have alot to learn about customer service.

~david: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~david: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~david: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NET 10 customers?
