~Raj: Been trying to call NJ UI from past * days. Been put on hold *-*hrs maximum and get disconnected. I was schedule for interview for review never received a phone call. Finally had to go to office and been told they spoke to my husband cause he said you dont speak english and he would translate from spanish to english. Funny thing, we're from India and both have masters degree in Human Resources and Computer Science. I told the lady unless someone spoke to my husband in Hindi. There's no way you spoke to him. And he was with me said madam no one ever spoke to me and I dont speak spanish. Can someone please hopefully Governor office can look @ the service been provided to people of NJ, from office of UI. Then again I wont hold my breath.

~Raj: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Raj: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NJ Unemployment's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Raj: For that I would say five out of five.

~Raj: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NJ Unemployment to know who you are.
