~jerzy19: Wish I could give the system no stars. Very unstructured. The time to call states *:** am until *pm, however these rep's do not answer the phone until * hours after. If you call within the time frame, as in @*:**-*:** am you will be met with a busy signal. When you go through the process of completing of the necessary identifiable prompts, and you think you have reached the next step in the "process" as in speaking with an live agent, you are mistakenly wrong. Because even after you have identified yourself and the automated voice informs you that an agent will be with you soon, then you are met with a busy signal. So these people have you go through all of the necessary prompts, just for no one to take your call, because "they" perhaps intentionally turn the phone off or they are perhaps not in the office @ all. When they do arrive lets say @ **am then they are met with an increasing amount of callers, so they are prompted to tell us that they can not take our call at the moment due t

~jerzy19: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jerzy19: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NJ Unemployment's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jerzy19: For that I would say three out of five.
