GetHuman-73845: The people who helped me were very nice. Was on hold * minutes, then helped, then transferred, then on hold for *, then helped. Total call time ** minutes. The people were nice, overall think that the company borders on being a boiler room set up. No idea how they ended up with my mortgage,but that is a bigger problem than can be solved on this site. Think that the feedback needs another category to rate the company, as have to say that the service I received was good, but I really don't want to be in business with them. Since this is the third company my mortgage has been sold to it probably won't be too long before it is sold again. Don't expect to be delighted with whatever made up fly by night operation that will be-don't think that it is a very nice industry.
