~msbsdrvr1: Our big loan was sold to nationstar after mod, they two two payments for same month. then charged us ** dollars to give it back. for insufficient funds! Then boa sold small loan, we paid nationstar, boa took it back had to pay boa, another isf charge. next moth theytransfered it to nationstar again. we have just now realized boa took a small loan payment from our account (after we canselled auto pay) and we also paid nationstar. Tho say they didn't get it (but it was certified check. they got it. then we got a note sayong our western union ??? payment we made was insufficient funds! We bought the certified check at our credit union. not western union. and we are again charged . Keep in mind we are in the process of trial paymentsmmod on second mortgae (small loan) Ia sur this mix up is because they are planning on tryong to repo for the second mortgage. they are crooks. I have everything written down I have a lwyer and I will fight them in court till the end. this should be ill
