GetHuman-338902: I call base on a termination of my dad's electricity. The representative would not listen to anything I have to say in fact she constantly try to speak over me when asked for her supervisor she told me there's no manager or supervisor my only option is to hang up and speak to another representative. My dad is ** years old and having a financial problems and ask for a payment plan with national gird an they told him he should pay $*** to start the plan which he did however they still disconnected his light, he was told by another representative to pay $*** to get it reconnected which he did and when he call back only to be disrespected by these representative I hope someone from internal will read this comment and make a better customer service because if there's no customer there'll be no national grid.
